maxBTC is built for composability and optimizes for seamless integration with decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and fixed rate platforms, while preserving fully transparent BTC exposure that compounds rewards over time. About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to build and run Structured’s community from the ground up. As we move from early access into public launch, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, voice, and systems that define how users interact with us and with each other.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with design, content, operations, and the extended Hadron family. You’ll work across teams to help grow awareness, improve user engagement, and ensure consistent messaging throughout the community experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Structured’s community on Telegram and Twitter, ensuring healthy and productive discussions.
• Define and maintain Structured’s community voice, tone, and culture.
• Keep members informed and engaged through regular updates on launches, vaults, points programs, and referral campaigns.
• Act as the voice of the community internally you will share feedback, surface insights, and flag opportunities or concerns.
• Participate in relevant conversations on X/Twitter and other platforms to grow awareness and trust.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and operations teams to deliver consistent messaging and FAQs.
• Monitor sentiment, trends, and questions to anticipate needs and address issues early.
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi with a strong grasp of BTC narratives.
• Comfortable in BTC Twitter culture and communities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing Telegram and Twitter communities.

Nice-to-Have:

• BTC DeFi experience.
• Experience hosting AMAs, livestreams, or online events.
• Worked with regulated or institutional DeFi products.
• Built or supported ambassador or community programs.

Personal Qualities:

• Low ego, proactive, and adaptable to ambiguity.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Curious about BTCFi and driven to improve processes.
